Your products will be dispatched with 1 working day (normally the same day) of receiving a completed fully paid order on road transport of our choice or held ready for in-store pickup.
You will receive a confirmation email of your successful purchase and will also be emailed consignment details once goods are on transport.
Should for some unforeseen reason we cannot dispatch with this time frame, we will:
- Contact you by the phone number provided to advise of this and get your instructions as to whether you want a full refund or want to wait for stock
- Contact you by the email provided to confirm the delay and your options – refund or wait
Based on current delivery times and your location in relation to us, you can expect delivery of your order within 5 working days or less from dispatch.
Should you need to change or cancel your order before shipment, there is no penalty and in the case of cancellation in this case, a full refund applies – this does not apply to paints that have been tinted as they become an un-saleable item. In the case where you discover faulty goods, please contact us to arrange replacement of same.
In the case of refunds and replacements, you are protected by Australian Consumer Law.
